Buyer Beware
Our grandson Henry was born November 2021. He is our first and such a special addition to our family. A friend of our family purchased a Little Tikes Stand and Dance Star Fish for when he was a little older. It was brand new in a sealed box. We stored it until recently as Henry is now becoming inquisitive and it seemed an ideal time for him to observe electronic toys for sounds etc. we assembled the toy and inserted new batteries only to find it illuminated but made no sound whatsoever. We contacted Little Tikes and explained the situation and there initial response was try new batteries!. We did just that knowing the issue was seemingly more than batteries. We informed them of the continuing fault and you guessed it … no receipt, no warranty ….no help. We foresaw the fact that the manner in which we received the product could lead to this scenario and asked for goodwill to be considered from the onset. They couldn’t even be bothered to consider a repair or advise if it was feasible. Lesson learnt. We have purchased him a VTech electronic toy as a replacement. Our view is think twice in the future when company hides behind red tape towards a very young child’s enjoyment.

Purchased an expensive bouncy castle from Amazon in July 2021. Over the winter months I stored this bouncy castle in a dry garage that is attached directly to my house (has indoor heating etc). Upon taking the bouncy castle out for my kids in April 2022 I noticed that the entire bouncy castle was covered in mold specs literally around the entire bouncy castle. So I emailed Amazon who advised it was a fault with the manufacturing process and that it was clearly evident that not enough fungicide was contained within the plastics and for me to get in touch with the manufacturer directly. So I did, they asked for photo's and a copy of the invoice which I did. Then came the generic emails to "contact the retailer" etc and not willing to accept any liability or responsibilities for the manufacturing issue.
Safe to say, I would never buy another Little Tikes product ever again and will be contacting my local office of fair trading to resolve this issue. But it has put me off buying from this company again. Reading the rest of the reviews on this site, not surprisingly all very similar!

I'm disappointed with the little tikes…
I'm disappointed with the little tikes and i will never order any of them again. I waited for 1 month for my shipment to arrive and of course it didn't arrive and I canceled, and I called them maybe 10 times before, and the same answer every time, I don't know why they didn't send it to you.

After 18 days and several ignored…
After 18 days and several ignored emails I received a refund notice. The customer service is none existent. Pay a few quid extra and just use John Lewis!

I have been buying little tikes…
I have been buying little tikes products since my first son was not even a year old and have bought endless little tikes products for years spent thousands for all three of my children who are now adults with their own children. The quality and value was always first class and indestructible. So now I have bought a number of products for this Christmas for my 3 grandchildren and most are great BUT the little tikes Dino car has got to be one of the worst for quality I have ever had with the tikes name attached, i have never had to put a car together from tikes before in fact other than the slides that’s the only product I can recall, if your a single mum and dad with little diy skills then good luck as half the parts don’t fit correctly, I managed it but it took me over an hour. Poor show little tikes ? families around the world swear by your colourful good quality products from birth to older children it’s time you checked on your manufacturing a bit more closely or you could end up loosing a lot of long time customers and why can’t you supply cozy coupe and other wheeled products ready assembled for the less able people, your customer base is what’s made you the success your are today don’t cut corners and start to loose that. Unfortunately I will be thinking twice from now on when I next purchase toys for my grandchildren unless I see an improvement.

I have been buyin on your products for years for my in home day care. I love the bright colors and the quality that comes from your product line. Though I have to say that the rocking horse I purchased this summer the handles on both sides have already cracked. It is a bit disappointing see as the kids loved the rocking horse. Thank you for your time.

They don't deliver and poor customer service
Ordered from Little Tikes over 3 weeks ago. The first item never arrived and customer services claim it was returned to depot as undeliverable. They said they would send out another to arrive the next day. Still waiting...

A nightmare to assemble
A nightmare to assemble. Two people two hours getting everything right first time. The hole for the ignition wasn’t big enough so we had to make it larger. Base plate doesn’t seem very secure.
A single person and someone without a drill would not have been able to do it.
Why isn’t it simply assembled in the factory? I’m sure our little one will love it. But would I buy another? nope

I won't be buying a Little Tikes…
I won't be buying a Little Tikes product again, clearly they don't care about product safety and instead of addressing genuine concerns they simply dismissed them. The email from the unnamed customer service advisor clearly showed lack of product knowledge and factually incorrect, what was clear was they didn't even look into my concern.
Profit before your child's safety @ Little Tikes!

I’ve got in touch with Little Tikes twice: once about a missing part from my son’s Cozy Coupe car & the other time when an offer code wasn’t working. Both times I received a very fast response & a resolution to my response. I can’t fault the customer service or response time. And my son loves his Cozy Coupe & petrol pump. Thank you! :)

Trike broke within a few months of purchasing, whilst my 1.5 boy was sat on it, was extremely dangerous and whilst near a road. Company gave me credit but everything has been out of stock and no indication of when stock is coming back. They have ignored my MANY emails and phone calls. Now stuck with a credit with nothing to order and my son has no trike. Still no reply - they don’t care. Don’t know how these people sleep at night
Daughter injured herself on a faulty…
Daughter injured herself on a faulty slide we have had less than 3months. Company expect me to package it up (at my own expense), wait for a courier to collect and then wait in again for a replacement to be delivered at a later date. Shocking customer service, don’t seem to care about their customers whatsoever. Will think twice about buying any Little Tikes products in future.

I am really happy about my experience with LittleTikes.co.uk, I have ordered expensive playground with great 10% discount and free delivery (a giant 100kg and over 2 metres long parcels) for my kids during lockdown knowing there might be delay, Little Tikes got in touch with me to say sorry about delay and checking if I am happy to wait. Within the timeframe the courier has arranged the delivery and I also got text from Little Tikes with tracking details. I couldn't expect better service- highly recommended.
